about us
Together and as individuals, Jeff and Mike Einstein have been crafting contrarian brand and communications strategies for the past three decades across virtually all media, analog and digital. Our client list over the years reads like a Who’s Who of great American and global brands.
Like everything else about us, our operating philosophy is abysmally simple. We call it the Albert Keeler Principle, an amalgam borrowed from the sage counsel of two 20th-century American giants, Albert Einstein, and Hall of Fame baseball great Wee Willie Keeler…
According to Albert Einstein…
No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.
and according to Mr. Keeler, we should…
Hit ‘em where they ain’t.
Of course it would make no sense whatsoever to bury a simple operating philosophy like the Albert Keeler Principle under layer after layer of needless complexity, so our operating strategy is commensurately simple as well: We believe in brand innovation through deliberate disintermediation, because true innovation and common sense almost always begin with subtraction. True brand innovation and insight reveal themselves to us when we are most receptive to them, when we slow down, let go of things that don’t work, and pursue a course of deliberate simplicity.
Sounds a lot easier in theory than it is in practice, but make no mistake: the need to slow down, let go and simplify in an age of constant acceleration and massive institutional inertia represents our single greatest business challenge. Fortunately for you, it’s something that the Brothers Einstein have been doing for years, not only for dozens of name brands, but for ourselves as well.
